Will I have to pay sales tax?
If your order is being shipped outside of California, then there is no sales tax applied. Orders shipped within California have a sales tax rate of 7.75%.
Changing or Canceling An Order
If after placing your order you realize that you need to cancel or make a change to your order, please call us immedately at 877-266-6485. There is no guarantee that when you call your order will still be in our processing department as it may have already gone out!
International Orders
We currently ship to these Countries: Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada, Denmark, England, Finland, Germany, Greece, Greenland, Iceland, Italy, Japan, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Portugal, Scotland, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Wales.
We are currently only accepting Credit Cards from Austria, Australia, Belgium, Canada, Denmark, England, Finland, France, Germany, Greenland, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Portugal, Wales, Scotland, Spain, Sweden and Switzerland. Wire Transfers are also accepted.
We use UPS. Freight charges are calculated by weight. Your toal freight charge will be calculated after your order has been packaged and weighed. Your credit card will be charged the customary rate set forth by UPS for the shipping of your order from the United States to its final destination. Mogul Maniaz will email you with the fee set forth by UPS, and await your approval for the international shipping fee to be charged to your credit card. Once you approve this fee, and the credit card charge is completed, your item will be shipped to you.
The free shipping offer by Mogul Maniac does not apply to International Purchases!
Important Credit Card Information! In order for your credit card order to ship, the shipping and billing information must be the same.
All International Orders may and most likely will be subject to Customs Duties, Tariffs, VAT's and other fees your country charges. Be sure to check with your Customs office. This can get very expensive. Mogul Maniac does NOT include any of these fees, and UPS will charge your credit card separately for these fee's when the package is delivered or picked up. You will be held responsible for any return shipping costs if the package is sent back for non-payment of these fees.

When will my credit card be charged?
Upon placing an order on our site, our system will immediately "authorize" your credit card for the purchase amount. The authorization is how our shipping system "knows" to approve your purchase and provide you with an invoice. This authorization is not an actual charge. Once we verify product availability, we will prepare your order for shipping and charge your credit card at that time. If we cannot fulfill your order, your authorization amount will be released from our system within 48 hours.
Returns/Exchanges
You have up to 30 days from invoice date or shipment date to return merchandise. (Holiday returns are 30 days from Christmas Day, starting with purchases after October 1) All items must be unused and resell able. You may receive a refund, replacement or online store credit. Items purchased from our retail stores must be returned to a retail store location.
If we shipped you an item that was wrong or damaged, we will gladly issue a call tag or refund your prepaid return shipping charge. Otherwise, all returns must be returned pre-paid. We suggest you return your merchandise via UPS, Federal Express or insured Parcel Post. (For tracking purposes, as the US Postal Service has been terrible lately!)
Clothing must be unused, unwashed and resellable with all tags attached. Watches must not be worn and must include original undamaged packaging.
*Sorry, but all orders shipped with a free frieght discount and returned for refund will be charged the original shipping charges.
To return products to Mogul Maniac
- Email info@mogulmaniac.com anytime or call toll free (877)266-6485. Give your Invoice or Packing Slip Number, the product you would like to send back and the reason why. We will then issue you a RA #. Sorry, no shipments will be excepted without a RA #.
- Download "Return & Exchange" form here. You will need Adobe Acrobat Reader for this form — Click here to download.
- Pack the product and include the packing slip or invoice and return form. Write the RA # on the outside of the box. Boxes without an RA number will not be excepted. For your protection, (The US Postal Service has been terrible lately) we suggest you return your merchandise via UPS, Federal Express or insured Parcel Post.(For tracking purposes) Insurance is also available and is relatively inexpensive.

Shipping
How much does shipping cost?
FREE SHIPPING ON ORDERS OVER $40.00! Freight charges are calculated by weight. Your total freight charge will be calculated during the placement of your order.
How long will it take to get my order?
At Mogul Maniac we ship orders as soon as possible. Usually your order ships within 24 hours from the day the order is placed. Orders placed after 3:00pm PTS will be processed the following business day. If one product on your invoice happens to be out of stock, we will ship the remaining items. you will not be charged for the out of stock item. Depending on the shipping method you selected during checkout, you can expect to receive your order within the following timeframes:
- Ground: 4 to 7 business days
- 3-day Air: 3 business days
- 2-day Air: 2 business days
- Next Day Air: 1 business day
All international orders are subject to other shipping timeframes outside of those listed above due to Customs and Inspections. We use UPS--once your order is approved it usually takes four to seven days.
I need something ASAP-how fast can you deliver something?
If you need something FAST and live within the 48 contiguous United States, follow these simple steps to get your oder as soon as possible:
- Order on a Monday through Thursday before 12pm Pacific.
- Select the NEXT DAY AIR shipping option during checkout.

Mogul Maniac will always respect the privacy of our customers. We want to give the best customer service possible. The only information was collect is the information given when an order is placed. At no time will we sell or share that information with any other company. The information obtained from registration on-line is used to save you time in the future and receive occasional e-mails.
When placing an order, we will need the following information. Name, address, e-mail address, phone number, shipping address and credit card information. We use Authorize.net for credit card authorization and fraud detection. In addition, we use industry standard SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) encryption to protect your personal information.

If you are under 18, you may use mogulmaniac.com only with your parent or guardian's approval. Mogul Maniac asks that anyone 13 or younger not attempt to register with Mogul Maniac or otherwise provide Mogul Maniac with any personal information without the consent of a parent or legan guardian.

Shopping at Mogul Maniac is safe! Our final payment screen where you enter your credit card information is secured by industry standard 128-bit Secure Sockets Layer Encryption. What does that mean? Is means that the transfer of your credit card information to and from our credit card authorization system is encypted along the way so any devious individuals that attempt to intercept this communication will only receive data that is "garbled" and unidentifiable.
